DIY Green Tea Toner For Acne

Get clear, flawless skin, with this simple diy toner made from green tea and tea tree oil. This Homemade DIY green tea toner is an awesome facial toner that can be used to treat acne and acne prone skin. It feels great on the skin and doesn’t dry it out, as some toners do. It’s high in antioxidants, and is proven effective in treating breakouts aswell as acne scars.

Here are some helpful step to make your own diy green tea toner at home.

You’ll Need

• 1 greegreen tea bag
• 5-10 drops of Pure tea tree oil
• 1 cup of filtered water
• Spray bottle

Instructions

1. Boil 1 cup of filtered water in a kettle.
2. Add the tea bag to the boiled water, allowing it to steep for 5-10 minutes.
3. After steeping, remove the tea bag with a spoon and  allow the tea to cool completely.
4. Once cooled add tea tree oil then pour green tea in a clean spray  bottle.
5. Apply this DIY green tea toner to your face and neck 2x per day.
6. Store the remaining  toner in the refrigerator. This should last up to 2 weeks.
